MR. Vishal Jha
Mr. Vishal Jha is currently working as a Solutions Architect at Adobe. An engineer by education, he has consistently built his career in the IT industry and brings over five years of experience in digital marketing.
He strongly believes that in today’s fast-paced digital world, where attention spans last only a few seconds, businesses cannot afford to lose customers by delivering substandard digital experiences. According to him, creating seamless and engaging user journeys is essential to retaining customers on digital platforms.
He further emphasizes that modern consumers expect highly personalized experiences across all devices, including desktops, mobile phones, and even smartwatches. To meet these expectations, organizations are increasingly focusing on advanced data tracking methods such as geo-location and cookies, enabling them to deliver relevant offers based on individual user preferences.

MR. Abhishek Rai
Mr. Abhishek Rai has completed his Bachelor of Computer Applications and has over two years of experience in software development. He is currently associated with Capgemini, Pune, where he works as a Senior Analyst.
He is technically proficient in a wide range of software development technologies, including C#.NET, WPF, ASP.NET MVC, object-oriented programming concepts, JavaScript, SQL, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework. His strong technical foundation enables him to contribute effectively to complex development projects.
He secured 1st Rank in the Entry-Level .NET Training Program conducted by L&D India during the period from 16 August 2017 to 14 November 2017. In recognition of his outstanding performance and dedication, he has also received Customer Delight, Xtra Mile, and Star Performer awards.

Mohammed Anas
Mohammed Anas has six months of professional experience working as a Web Developer with Umbrella Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., Aurangabad. During his tenure from 25th March 2019 to 25th September 2020, he was involved in designing and developing web-based solutions while supporting team communication and project coordination.
As a Web Developer, he contributed to preparing documents and reports using various software tools and ensured that assigned tasks were performed in compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines. He actively participated in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas, engaging in problem-solving activities, and supporting effective teamwork. He also collaborated closely with management to achieve project objectives, led assigned tasks, analyzed data to identify improvement opportunities, and prepared daily, weekly, and monthly reports using spreadsheet tools.
He possesses working knowledge of programming and web technologies including C, C++, C#, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and SQL. In addition, he is familiar with design tools such as Corel Draw and Photoshop 7.0 and is proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and development purposes. He is known for his ability to work methodically, precisely, and efficiently in a professional environment.
