Certificate Course on the Constitution of India

Welcome to the 8-week Certificate Course on the Constitution of India. This course is
designed to navigate the intricate labyrinth of India’s constitutional provisions, offering
insights into the legal and administrative framework that governs the nation. As we embark

This 8-week certificate course on the Constitution of India aims to provide a comprehensive
understanding of the country’s supreme legal document. The objectives include:

Constitution.
To analyse the structure and functions of the central and state governments as outlined
in the Constitution.
To explore the roles and responsibilities of the legislative, executive, and judiciary
branches at both central and state levels.

emphasising cooperative federalism.
Examine the rights, duties, and freedoms granted to citizens and how they are
protected and enforced.

This course can be taken by anyone willing to read, understand and apply the Constitution of
India. Age, gender, education or background is no bar.
