Md Kasif Raza Khan

Md Kashif Raza Khan, is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Environmental Law from the Department of Law at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, U.P, India. He holds an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the same university and before that, he completed his B.A.LL.B. degree from Aligarh Muslim University Centre Murshidabad, India.

JHA PRANAV KUMAR

Mr. Pranav Jha was serving as a Junior Research Consultant at the National Human Rights Commission. He has completed his LL.M (Access to Justice) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

He has graduated in Law- {B.A.LL.B (Hons.)} with distinction from Aligarh Muslim University, Murshidabad Centre (W.B). He has been very dedicated to his academic excellence. He was a student representative at CDFC, TISS.

He had been Joint Secretary of the Law Society and Secretary of the Kaizen Club. He also has been a senior editor at ‘The Law Gazette’. He has currently completed his internship at YUVA, Delhi.

Moreover, he has done various internship programs including BSLSA, DLSA, and NHRC, and under Advocates like Salman Khurshid and Judge of the High Court and Supreme Court.

He has been a very active participant in Research works (with various publications), Seminars (National and International), Moot Courts, Debates, etc.

MR. Santosh Kumar

Mr. Santosh Kumar is an Advocate by profession registered at Patna High Court. Santosh has completed his B.SC Physics (Hons.) and LL.B from the University of Delhi. He has completed his Master of Laws from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has worked as a Protection Associate at the United Nations and also worked as a Consultant at the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Delhi.
