HUMAN RIGHT

On April 10, 2023 by Ridhi Bharti
HUMAN RIGHT

Human Rights is a natural right which is given to us by god. It provides us to live with dignity. It says that everyone has the right to equality, freedom of religion, residence, profession etc. there should not be any exploitation.

Violations: We can say it is an act which is a disrespectful act against any person that can be [a woman, transgender, man, etc].

HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

Read moreIMPACT OF COVID-19 IN INDIA: AN AWFUL HISTORY STILL IN THE MAKING

Human right violation can be seen nowadays a lot. We are becoming modern nowadays but we also violate someone’s human rights and sometimes it happens to us.

Inequality, Abuse, No freedom, Discrimination, Injustice, Cruel behaviour, No cultural freedom, Pollution, No justice, No health facilities, Contaminated water and no minimum wage

We understand from the examples of SC/ST and OBC students they have so many reservations in college, jobs, and many more.

Like I am about side Maharashtra student, I counted in the open category. At the time of admission, I scored in the entrance exam 80 mark but I didn’t get into any government college in Maharashtra students who belong to Maharashtra get 50 marks in the entrance exam but they are able to get into government colleges here

So, I can say here they violate my right but we ignore it just saying that I am an OMS student so I can’t get into that college and they have that benefit here and not on

Now talk about Transgender:

HUMAN RIGHTS

In earlier times transgender didn’t get rights in our society they were treated as a different community who doesn’t get involved in any society even though they have different places to leave, they also didn’t get jobs for their livelihood they struggle a lot to secure a respectful life in our society so they can live a peaceful life.

We say that we have human rights that are provided to us by god but still we violets their rights Just because of our thinking. Now they get a respectful life in our society and they work for their livelihood, they get jobs in many professions like actor, entrepreneurship, political system and many more places.

CORRUPTION

HUMAN RIGHT

The abuse of entrusted power for private gain.] It spread all over whether that is education, health services, politics etc.

Corruption is ruining our society. We can say the money earn from corruption is black money. It corrupts our livelihood, our rights, health, our freedom or we can say sometimes our life. Corruption making our political system weak and destroying our government.

Corruption takes off our opportunity and our community. We have the power to stop it but for making our work easy we use corruption in the form of money.

Now let’s take an example

Suppose I am a student of medicine and I scored a very good mark in the entrance exam and there is only 1 seat left but the college has two options 1st  is I and the 2nd is  who scored less mark but he is ready to give a donation for admission to them

Now, they choose them just because he is giving money and they rejected my admission, here we can see they are taking donations so, we can say they are violating my right to education and also corruption takes place Here, they ruined my one opportunity because of corruption.

Conclusion

So, after knowing that human rights violation and corruption is still in many forms in our society and it is bad for our society We should try to not violate human rights and should try to not give more importance to corruption so, everybody lives corruption-free life and no violation takes place in our society so we can live peacefully.
