The Journal of Legal Research and Analysis is envisioned as an innovative and scholarly platform for legal professionals, academics, and students to contribute to contemporary discussions in the field of law. This interdisciplinary journal will explore the intersections of law with society, economics, technology, and human rights, encouraging high-quality research that informs both academic inquiry and practical applications. The journal will provide a space for critical legal analysis, case reviews, and commentary on significant legal developments both in national and international contexts. The Board is led by the Editor-in-Chief and supported by highly qualified Associate Editors and Co-Editors, adhering to the guidelines of the National Science Library.

MR. AKHLAQUL AZAM
Mr. Akhlaqul Azam has been teaching in Department of Law at AMU Centre Murshidabad since August 2014 as Assistant Professor of Law. His teaching and research area includes Constitutional Law of India, Criminal Law, Criminology and Penology and Human Rights.
He has full time research experience of 7 months in the field of criminal law. His research papers has been published in many renowned International and National Journals on various diverse topics ranging from Rights of Refugees to Environmental Law. He has qualified JRF. conducted by UGC in December 2013. In addition to his teaching experience, he has discharged other important functions ranging from In-charge, Moot Court Committee to Legal Cell at AMU, Centre Murshidabad.
At present he is serving as Provost, AMU Centre Murshidabad. He has also been a member of Academic Council, AMU, Aligarh, Coordinator of Unit-Law, AMU Centre Murshidabad and In-charge, Admissions and Examinations, AMU Centre Murshidabad.

Dr. Masood Ahmad
Dr. Masood Ahmad has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Aligarh Muslim University, Murshidabad Centre, West Bengal, since September 2012. Before this appointment, he held the same position at the Institute of Law and Research, Faridabad.
With over 14 years of experience in teaching and 20 years of research experience, Dr. Ahmad has made significant contributions to legal scholarship. He has authored eight book chapters and more than twenty-seven research papers and articles, published in esteemed national and international journals, including the European Journal of Applied Sciences, Journal of Indian Law Institute, Delhi, Aligarh Law Journal, Alig. L. Review, Indian Bar Review and IUP Law Review etc. He has also presented over twenty-five papers at various national and international seminars and conferences.
His academic portfolio is both substantial and impactful, encompassing the authorship and editorship of one volume, establishing him as a prolific contributor to contemporary legal discourse.
His academic interests span Labour Law, Environmental Law, Law of Contract, Business Law and Women and Law. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Ahmad actively participates in the administrative and academic development of the Centre.

- ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Mr. Ashish Ransom
Mr. Ashish Ransom is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Law with extensive experience in Legal Education and academic research. He holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Dr. R.M.L. National Law University, Lucknow, and an LL.M from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. His core academic interests lie in Business Laws and Intellectual Property Rights, areas in which he actively teaches and publishes scholarly work. He began his teaching career as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Darjeeling, where he served on a contractual basis from August 2014 to June 2015. Since February 2018, he has been serving as a permanent faculty member at Assam University, Silchar. His academic achievements include prestigious recognitions such as the Blackstone Legal Fellowship, the Henry Dunant Award, and the RBI Young Scholarship Award. Mr. Ransom has authored several research publications in reputed journals and edited volumes and has presented twenty-five research papers at national and international seminars and conferences, making significant contributions to legal scholarship and contemporary academic discourse.

Md Kasif Raza Khan
Md Kashif Raza Khan, is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Environmental Law from the Department of Law at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, U.P, India. He holds an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from the same university and before that, he completed his B.A.LL.B. degree from Aligarh Muslim University Centre Murshidabad, India.
Swapnil Shankhwar
Swapnil Shankhwar is currently pursuing his PhD at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. Pursued an LL.M. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a B.A.LL.B. from Aligarh Muslim University. His dissertation on the Bangladesh-India migration crisis reflects his empirical research in key districts of West Bengal, providing critical insights into migration dynamics. With a UGC NET qualification and recognition as an NFSC fellow, Swapnil has excelled in academics and fieldwork.
Ms. GOPA MAHALI
Gopa Mahali is currently pursuing PhD from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS). She is a qualified UGC NET. She has achieved notable academic success, completing her LL.M. with a commendable 70% from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and securing 74% in her B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from West Bengal State University.
S.M. MARJINA SULTANA
S.M. Marjina Sultana is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Aligarh Muslim University, specializing in Criminal Law. Prior to that, she obtained an L.L.M. in Constitutional Law and a B.A.LL.B. (Honours) from the same institution. She worked as an Assistant Professor at Indraprastha Law College in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
