Syed Irfan Haider Jafri pursuing his Phd. in Law from Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, UP (India). His Phd Thesis is on “Compensation and Rehabilitation of Victims of Crime: A Case Study of the Female victims of Jammu and Kashmir”.
He had completed his post-graduation from Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, UP (India) in 2018. Specialization in Family law and the Dissertation topic was “Scope of ADR in the Resolution of Matrimonial Disputes: A Socio-legal Study”.
His Academic Achievements were Qualified NET-JRF (December 2019) and Qualified JKSET (March 2018). And In 2016 He Awarded Best Paper for the research paper titled “Talaq-ul-Biddat : An Abhorrent Form of Divorce under Shari’ah” published in Law and Society: A New Challenge (International).
His Career Objective is to achieve excellence in his work through striving for quality, efficiency and effectiveness by being a part of an organization that provides an ample scope for learning and provides the opportunity for organizational and personal growth.
His Core Competencies were analytical mind-set with the ability to analyse and synthesise technical and operational information concisely, strong reasoning, problem-solving and research skills, good drafting skills with the ability to communicate the content matter clearly and concisely, in simple terms, and excellent teaching skills with the ability to cultivate the art of intelligent listening, counselling, negotiating and writing/drafting in the taught.
He has Computer Skills like Proficient in day-to-day computer skills including typing, internet, email operations and MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.and Aware about computer hygiene and internet security.
His Hobbies is to travelling, reading, social service and legal discourse and discussions, good leadership skills, strong time-management and decision making ability.
